Please read all Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy and Return Policy carefully before bidding/buying.
All product sold will cover warranty against any defects in materials and / or manufacture in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
1. The product will be repaired or the parts of the products will be replaced free of charge within 7 days from the date of recipient of item.
2. The warranty period is only 6 months, else as will be discussed/advised/stated with listings.
3. Warranty voids in case product is damaged - caused by accident, negligence, misuse, modification, improper voltage, unauthorized repair or alteration.
4, The repair of any defect or replacement of any parts does not result in any extension of the warranty period.
5. For repair, please send the defective product back to us with a copy of your shipping receipt or receipt from Shipper. The replacement of parts and shipping cost ( onward /return ) will be chargeable to owner or else advised.
6. In case we are not manufacture of the sold item (s), but sources that from other manufactures/suppliers, we will take proper action and provide you our best service but the product will not cover our own warranty/replacement/repair lead time.
Refund/Return and Exchange Policies;
We do not offer refund once the item delivered to you. If we shipped wrong product in error, We will replace it with right item if the product is in its original packaging and not been used/scratched or related problem. We will responsible for 50% shipping costs of all returns. Customer has to return the item in original condition (as received) to us prior to replacement shipping, in any circumstances. Software returns are unaccepted. The products must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
Shipment/Delivery/Custom;
We ship worldwide, how ever we may not be able to ship to certain country
We will be responsible processing the shipment from origin. Tracking number will be provided.
We will not be responsible for any damage, loss cause by transportation mishandling for uninsured items.
Any Custom clearance on must arrange by importing company/customer on arrival of destination port. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included with sell or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying

Other Terms;
Parcel returned back to us after shipping, due to incorrect/insufficient address are subject to be charged [All Shipping Coast] to buyer/s [both way - shipped-returned-shipped basis]. You are advised to provide us an working contact phone number with your order/payment to be mentioned on Air Way Bill for easy and quick delivery. Item returned to us due to your personal issue, either disliked or need refund for any other reason - outward shipping charge will be deducted from refund. onward shipping charge - customer has to bare in any circumstances. If parcel deliverd to your invalid address and LOST, we will try to recover back from the address its delivered, but not 100% sure. We do not take liability of refund or replacement in this case.

Additional shipping charges is applied for small quantity, such 1-2 pieces/units. Bulk purchase has diffirant rates applied. We prefer selling in bulk/wholesaling.
